American Environmental Engineering of Florida, Inc. (AEE) is an environmental design and construction firm, offering a wide range of client services. Founded in 1991, AEE provides cost effective and innovative solutions to a wide range of environmental problems. We bring a corporate commitment to offer comprehensive and integrated consulting services.

AEE is a registered environmental engineering firm with over thirty years’ experience in the Florida underground storage tank (UST) industry. Our staff includes licensed engineers and geologists who have collectively prepared hundreds of contamination assessment reports, remedial action plans and have constructed, operated, and maintained more than fifty remedial systems. We have a comprehensive understanding of the Florida Petroleum Restoration Program and accommodate our clients with expertise to minimize the financial impact in the assessment and remediation of their UST sites.

We provide Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments and contamination assessments for property transactions. AEE has assessed and remediated several hazardous waste sites in the state of Florida. Our personnel are familiar with SARA, Superfund (CERCLA), and RCRA rules and regulations. We have extensive experience in remediating sites impacted with TCE, PCE, and other chlorinated solvents, metals, PCBs, and emerging contaminants such as dioxins, PFOA, and PFAS.

We have experience and expertise in the installation, maintenance, and closure of underground and above ground storage tank systems across the state of Florida. We provide cost-effective, industry-proven solutions to our clients. Our experienced personnel are committed to excellence and use the most up-to-date technologies to achieve closure in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Our past clients have included local and state governments, major oil companies, major banks, and financial institutions, as well as small businesses.
