AEE is a registered environmental engineering firm with over fifteen years experience in the Florida underground storage tank (UST) industry. Our staff includes licensed engineers and geologists who have collectively prepared over 200 contamination assessment reports, 150 remedial action plans and have constructed, operated and maintained over 25 remedial systems. We have a comprehensive understanding of EDI, FPLIRP, and Pre-Approval state reimbursement programs and have accommodated our clients with expertise to minimize their financial contribution in the remediation of their UST sites.
We have provided services to numerous financial institutions and real estate property managers in south and central Florida. These services include Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments and contamination assessments for property transactions. AEE has assessed and remediated several hazardous waste sites in the state of Florida. Our personnel are familiar with SARA, Superfund (CERCLA), and RCRA rules and regulations. We have extensive experience in remediating sites contaminated with TCE, PCE, and other chlorinated solvents.
AEE is a licensed pollutant storage systems specialty contractor (PSSC) and has conducted or managed in excess of 35 UST removals. We have provided consulting and construction services to install above ground storage tank systems within the south Florida community. We provide cost effective, industry proven solutions to our clients.
